Relax in a luxury villa surrounded by a tropical garden! This is a modern 5 bedroom villa for groups of up to 10 people with private property and spacious terrace. The villa is located on the famous La Cana Golf course and not far from the best beach of Playa Serena.

This property is a spectacular villa of 8000 sqm built on 2 levels and with a large, private yard and lawn. This is probably one of the most interesting villas you will find in Punta Cana - the contemporary design combines European elegance with Caribbean vibes. The villa has 5 beautiful and comfortable bedrooms with their own bathroom.

At the heart of the villa, you will find the lush and beautiful garden with palm trees and white stone paths that give this villa a truly zen atmosphere. The villa has an open design from the front entrance to the spacious terrace, pool area and garden.

The terrace and garden area provide incredible space for lounging, dining, relaxing and entertaining. Tucked nicely to one side of the villa, you'll find an outdoor basketball court. The backyard offers a large oasis of greenery with trees and palm trees.

Room Description:

The villa has 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a Queen bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, en-suite shower room and a private 'backyard' terrace with garden. The 2nd bedroom is the 'kids room' with 4 single/twin beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe, desk and en-suite shower room.

From the bedrooms, you will walk through the garden, which is in the middle of the villa, to reach the common living room. This space has large windows, is air-conditioned and has a nice sitting area with sofa, TV, a variety of books and ceiling fans.

The modern kitchen with island is fully equipped with everything you need to cook delicious meals during your vacation. The kitchen connects to the indoor dining room with a table that can comfortably seat 10-12 people.

Upstairs, you will find the final bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, large windows, a desk, wardrobe and private bathroom with shower. The 4th bedroom has 2 queen beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobe and private bathroom with shower.

Last but not least, the master bedroom. This lovely suite has a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, TV, wardrobe, private bathroom with double sink (2 sinks), shower and bathtub.
