The Hotel Puerto Plata Village was one of the pioneer resorts inside the Playa Dorada complex. It is build in Victorian and Colonial Style and is surrounded by the 18 hole golf course designed by the famous architect Robert Trent Jones. There is a huge shopping centre with restaurants, bars and shops in walking distance. The cities Puerto Plata are 5 km, Sosua (25 km) and the surfers paradise of Cabarete are 35 km away. The hotel facilities includes reception, restaurans, bars, pool, childrens pool and playground, tennis courts.
