The facilities and services of the complex include front desk, 7 restaurants, bar, snack bar, beach bar, pool bars, disco, 3 swimming pools, integrated children`s pool, fitness centre, 2 tennis courts, mini club, mini disco, beach football, volleyball, basketball, darts, badminton, table tennis and water sports some of them with extra cost.
At an extra cost: mini market, gift shop, Spa with sauna, steam rooms, Jacuzzi and beauty center and laundry service. In the restaurants: long trousers and shirt are required.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, telephone, cable TV, refrigerator, safe (extra charge), hair dryer and terrace or french balcony.

-Buffet restaurants open for breakfast, lunch and dinner “La Casona” (not for lunch) and “Colibri”.
-Pizzeria Snack “Pikalo” from 12:00h-21:00h (Snacks) and 10:00h-22:00h (bar).
-“Rancho Grill” just for lunch and snacks 12:00h-17:00h.
-Thematic Restaurants “Jalisco”, “Caribe” (Lobster not included) and « Bambu ». House wine is included in Jalisco and Bambu but NOT in Caribe.
-7 bars, all offering national drinks.
-Beach disco “La Jungla” for 11 PM – 3 AM, drinks and snacks included.
